2021 Reflections
Here, here we made it another year! I don’t know about you, but 2021 wasn’t quite what I expected but it didn’t suck as much as 2020. We are so thankful for our wonderful clients from this year. Thank you for supporting us during such a strange time. We have loved getting to see you visit the flower shop and be back designing weddings! We got to design for over 25 weddings! Wow, thank you. When 2021 started, I had no idea that we would be opening a shop 5 months later - and now it’s been over 7 months since then!! It kinda feels like we have always been here. It is such an honor to have physical retail space where we can showcase all that Snapdragon has to offer. I wish I could count the number of arrangements that have gone out of the door for delivery, but thanks to you, the number is too high to count. I hope we get to deliver even more flowers next year. It’s been sweet to get to know our other East Memphis neighbors like Magnolia and May, Urban Gardener, Mrs. Post, Shelby Jewel, and of course Gus’s and Gibson’s. It’s been tough resisting eating those last two every day.
One of the funnest surprises has been getting to select all of these gift shop items for y’all. We love showcasing different local artists like Noelle Holler and Phyllis Boger in our mini gallery. We love being able to sell Georgia Mud pottery, stained glass art by Good Reasons, local candles company Tookish, and so many others! We’re so glad you love browsing our gift shop for mugs, artwork, bumper stickers, Christmas ornaments, baby shower gifts like swaddles, handmade rattles, headbands. The dried flowers have been a big hit. We love to send birthday flowers and graduation gifts. It has also been an honor to deliver sympathy arrangements for funerals. Funeral arrangements are such a kind way to show sympathy to loved ones.
Thank you for letting us be your small business local flower shop throughout Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, Bartlett, and beyond!
